Shearwater + Loma 2026 Fall Tour: Dates and Details

We’ve booked a three-week, 18-show co-headlining tour with our sister band Loma in northern Europe and the UK in November of this year.

(We’re calling it the When Can I See You? tour.)

This will be the first time either band has been on tour in eight years, and we’re eager to play music together again for real live people. We hope it leads to more shows down the road.

Tour dates and ticket links can be found here, and we’re trying to add another UK show or two to the end.

Additionally, to celebrate The New World‘s release, JM will pop up in London at the venerable Rough Trade West on August 1st at 5pm to perform a solo set—the first time he’s played Shearwater songs in public in a decade. There may still be a few seats available at this link.

And, finally, the not-so-good news:

We’re weary of asking friends and supporters to keep us afloat — we would rather just book a show and see you there. But because of the insane logistical costs of touring these days, the When Can I See You? tour will need a boost from you if you’re able and inclined to give it. We’ll send more details about this soon.

Please feel free to drop us a line, even just to say hi; it’s always a pleasure to hear from real people in an age of trolls and bots.

In the meantime, all the very best to all of you—and many thanks for for keeping us going over the years.
