‘Jet Plane and Oxbow’ less than two weeks away + North American tour

1) Advance stream, podcast, and other preorder bonuses

In just under 10 days, the wait ends: on December 25th, anyone who pre-orders (or has already pre-ordered) our new album, Jet Plane and Oxbow, will be able to stream it online (for free) from Subpop.com. This is nearly a month before its official release on January 22nd.

If you pre-order, you’ll also receive a free Shearwater podcast, Headwaters, which includes demos, outtakes, and early versions of songs from the new album, and field recordings I made this year in Brazil and Guyana, all embedded in a wide-ranging conversation between me and WNYC’s John Schaefer, host of New Sounds.

These digital bonuses apply to the digital preorder as well, so if the cost of shipping outside the US has you waiting…

However, if you’ve ordered the album in physical form on CD or 2xLP, you’ll get a free sticker (see below) when your order arrives – and, if you ordered the LP, a limited pressing of the record on blue vinyl.
