‘Fellow Travelers’ and “Novacane”

Fellow Travelers is out now worldwide. You can get it at your local independent record store, subpop.com (along with a free sticker, with a t-shirt if you’re so inclined), Amazon, and the other usual suspects. You can also get it digitally at eMusic, iTunes and Google Play, and soon in high resolution at HDTracks.

This past Friday, November 29, we released a split 7″ with Low as part of Record Store Day’s Black Friday event, supporting the aforementioned (endangered and invaluable) independent record stores of the world.

JM sez: This is the last of the covers you’ll see from us for quite a while, but it came from a challenge I couldn’t resist; Low recorded a version of Rihanna’s “Stay” for a charity release for the holidays, and asked if we’d do an R & B cover for the B-side. So we made a really trippy version of Frank Ocean’s “Novacane”. Low’s side supports the awesome organization Rock for Kids; proceeds from our side benefit the Southern Poverty Law Center.
